You could find a store going out of business and selling out their inventory. Purchase it at a dramatic discount and list the stuff on eBay and Amazon (used listings) - hoping it sells for twice as much as you paid.
I actually did this once - a Suncoast was closing down so I bought $440 worth of anime DVDs, on avg. I paid $3.50 per DVD and then listed on ebay. I managed to sell most of them for $8, some even went for $11.
Of course I was familiar with the product I was buying and the level of popularity, I didn't just arbitrarily buy stuff. How often you can duplicate that, who knows, I know I will try it again...lol

If there were a practical, reliable answer to this, no one would ever have to work. So let's be more practical with our questions, OK?

Fold your 5 $100 bills in half and then count again. Voila, there are 10 of them.

If there was an easy way, wouldn't everyone do it? There is no legal way to double your money in one day, if someone tells you they have one, its a scam.
