I was told to release air screws on forks but got no back pressure or oil squirt so if fills like it has no fork oil HELP ?

, No offense , but since you don't know what you are doing have someone who knows what they're doing help and show you.
This is not the type of thing you can get proper instruction for, over the Internet.
I am a pretty good suspension tuner and it would take many paragraphs to explain and even then there are many variables that need to be addressed "Hands On"
Even if I told you to use PJ1 light fork oil and that the drain screws are on the lower rear of the fork legs that still leaves a dozen other issues .

hammer gave you some good advice. Take it.
Anyone attempting to work on their own bike should own a shop manual. Would you rather invest $40 for the correct repair procedures, or make a $500 mistake?
