I want to learn how to sell things on EBay but am leery to do so cause I have never bought anything or sold there, ever. I would like to learn tactics, trategys, tips, etc so that it can be done 'safely' whether I only sell, or chose to buy things there. Any ideas will be appreciated. thanks

look nowhere else than ebay learning center itself. Ebay has a tool to show you step by step how to sell and buying on ebay. Go to ebay.com then help then Learning Center on the left

Use Salehoo, http://salehoo.deals-guide.com , it provides with you great guides on how to start on ebay, like how you can become a power seller selling small informational products just to build reputation , and if you want to make good money on ebay buy wholesale , buy expensive stuff and sell them on ebay , usually electronics are the best . With a few sells of expensive electronics you will do great on ebay
