Trying to print on my Konika Minolta Page Pro 1350 W, Laser Jet. Every time I hit the print button it asks me for the OUT PUT FILE. It seems it won't print without this!!! What is a OUT PUT FILE? I am technology challenged. Can anyone out there help me? This is driving me nuts!!!!

I had the same problem.

By default the printer port is set to 'print to file'. You need to change this to your actual printer connection (most likely USB). To do this:

1) Open your printer list
- Start Menu - Control Panel - Printers
2) Right click on the PagePro printer and select properties
- There may be two PagePro icons - select the first one
3) Click on Ports
- Scroll down and select USB then click OK

If there are two PagePro icons make sure the first one is set as the default printer.
- Right click on the icon and click 'set as default printer'
- If this is the default printer that option won't be available

You may have to reboot your computer.

For more information go to the Konica printer website

Good luck,
