I'm not looking for a flush but I am looking for a cleaner liquid. Is it alright to do the brake fluid like that? Would this effect the brake system malfunctioning at all if I were to take the fluid out of the container in my engine bay? Thanks

Nope just make sure you put the right stuff back in. Dont forget to that you will have to bleed the brakes when you are done, which require another person. if air gets in you will think that thew brakes donbt work but it will just be air
