The easiest way is to see your travel agent as they will be able to go through all the details needed for your chosen destination. If you havent chosen a destination yet then they can help.
Each country has different rules with regards to how long you need to be there before you get married and most tour operators will have a special wedding and honeymoon department that will cater for your every need.
Alot of agents now also due wedding lists, so if you would like contributions to your wedding/honeymoon as a gift rather than a toaster then look into which agent can do this for you.
If you are planning on taking alot of people with you I would advise that you speak to an agent that has been in travel for several years as you want someone with as much experience as possible to make sure that your big day runs smoothly.

Guides? What do you mean by guides? Do you mean guidelines on the requirements for getting married Internationally? If so I don't know of one that is for "all" destinations, just individual depending on location.
I recommend working with a professional Travel Agent in order to ensure that if they can help it, you have no problems.

your travel agent should be able to help you, i am getting married in mombasa, kenya, in july i have booked through Kuoni as i have been away with them before and they are excellent, have a look on their web site, good luck and have a lovely wedding x

guides have you tried your travel agents or even on the interent also if you go to america (disney florida you go like cinderella in a glass coach :) )
