You ask for a contradictory thing: good songs from 2007 (rap, r&b, or pop) don't exist! There might be some good cover songs that have been recorded in 2007, but then they are not from 2007. On the other side new songs from 2007 are not good at least in my opinion.
If you think there are some good songs I would suggest you buy the CD or download an mp3 from the various portals like iTunes, musicload.de....and copy them via an USB interface to your iPod.
