Well due to the fact that having cyber sex with another person hurts absolutely no one and considering that it could be fun and exciting. My answer would be a confirmed yes people should do more of that.

Sure. Why not? It's safe, doesn't get anyone pregnant or transmit STD's or put them in unsafe situations the way casual sex with a stranger met at a bar might.
If you can find someone to enjoy online sex with, then by all means, go for it, I say.
