As you say, all cigarettes are harmful, but if you're going to smoke, choose a brand which has lowered tar & nicotine - Carlton 1mg, for example.

Look at the packets. It tells you on each one what the nicotine and tar levels are. Pick the one with the lowest of each. NOT the cheapest ones, they are usually quite high. Try to stop smoking though, it is a very bad habit and not good for you. It leads to heart disease and Cancer.

i would say cheap store brands like Tuscon or Tahoe if they're available where you are. If not, then something like Doral or Basic or USA Gold would be less harmful.
