If you think you've got spyware installed on your computer, go to http://www.mbusbyuk.info/links.html and scroll down to free online virus & spyware scans.
Select Ewido.
When you get to the site, do a full system scan.

There is a program called Process Killer, download it and it will give you complete list of programs running in your PC, there is a link to google to check if the running program is a spyware or not.

for this you can simply use the windows task manager so see whats running and also you can check the amount of memory each program is using
to do this press CTRL+ALT+DEL and click on Task Manager
.
.
also check the programs and services that STARUP when windows starts
goto Start and Run and type 'MSCONFIG' and check the last 2 tabs
