Try this: on a slice of your favorite toast, place a slab of American Cheese, dump some macaroni (preferably cooked) on it and top with stewed tomato (heated). It was my grandmother's favorite dish and as kids it was ours. I still enjoy it.

Another favorite of mine is: Cook and cool the macaroni. Add a can of drained tuna and a small can of drained peas. Dice up a couple of hard boiled eggs. Mix thoroughly with enough mayonnaise to suite your taste, add salt and pepper and some add onion (I prefer it without) and you are in business. Good also with noodles. Great cold dish in the summer time.

spaghetti sauce and veggies.
tomato and veggies.
tuna is a good suggestion above. (probably meant with mayo)
try making 'goulash'. (read source below)
various types of 'macaroni salads'. (try searching term)

- any time you're using mayo, i would sooner recommend Kraft® Miracle Whip.
- the pasta/spaghetti sauces aisle at your grocery store probably has pouches of mixes where you add water/milk and then whatever extras you want, like veggies.
- try searching internet 'macaroni' 'pasta' 'salad' or any related term you can think of.
- experiment, there's probably a thousand ways to go.

I like to mix macaroni and cheese with spicy salsa. I also like to put sliced olives, butter, and Parmesan on my pasta. My husband thinks I am truly weird. Some pasta salads use a vinaigrette dressing with red peppers, tomatoes, and various vegetables.

I really like those garlic & onion flavored diced tomatoes. I usually cook them down a little bit in a sauce pan and then add them to the macaroni, with a little mozzarella or parmesan. Nummy. This is good with ground hamburger, too, fyi.

I also add tuna to mine, with parmesan (sounds gross but its great),.

Pasta salad! Dice carrots, celery, green onions (aka scallions), red/green pepper, bind with mayo or salad dressing of your choice, and throw some croutons on top.

I like black olives and garbanzo beans too, but really, throw in any salad stuff you like, chopped hardboiled egg, drained tuna, cheddar, whatever. Now I'm hungry. Lunch time!

P.S. Even though answers aren't supposed to contain spam, you might add Spam to your cold macaroni salad.

Macaroni and tuna, with diced boiled eggs, celery, cucs, a bit of sweet relish and miracle whip.

OR

Leave out the tuna, relish and miracle whip. Add tomatoes and Italian dressing. This one is really good with spaghetti and pepperoni.
