Okay I need some serious questions answered, my fathered died in 04 and only 1 MASON showed up. My father at the end was extremely ill.
His lodged 'disbanned" and my mom thinks its just a dying breed...
I know better.
Something happened....
I need emails 0f BROTHERS please.

Hi there. I am a Mason, and I think I might be able to answer your question. First let me say that although some lodges in some areas are growing now, such was not the case in '04. In fact, the Masonic membership decline caused many lodges to disband. We are now once again increasing our numbers.
I would doubt very much that, as you said, "something happened". What is more than likely is that there were so few members of his lodge, and that those who were still around may have been too old and infirmed to attend, he only had one Mason at his passing.
Please don't listen to the answer above about "talking too much". We just don't work like that. It is people like that saying things they know nothing about that sometimes gives us a bad name. If you want to know about the Masons, the best thing to do is ask us.

suggest you contact the Grand Lodge of Masons in the State you reside in and talk with them. Grand Lodge Officers will be more than willing to help answer any questions you might have.
As our Brother stated please contact the Masonic Fraternity directly and please do NOT listen to anyone who is NOT in the know for the Masonic Fraternity is a " family " and we have, do and will continue to take care of our own

So! I see there is a few Masons giving answers! They take care of thier own? My father was a Mason also! He was called the Presidents President! Show me proof of care! Show me Honour! Show me TRUTH! I will give freemasons a chance to show me! I have hundreds of documents that point to betrayal, lies, and deception! Be of care when you open this book! It will take you to the world of who is who!

Judging by the "language" and terms you are using, maybe your father talked too much, and his brothers knew it?
I don't mean any offence, but the Masons take the secretness of their society VERY serious.

I have heard non stop younger generation is coming in pretty good.
I would suggest to you to join Job's or Rainbow or what is related to your age if your interested. Also BOTA.og.
