In Texas, can you receive Unemployment benefits if you are released from a Temp agency?

it depends on if you were employed by the temp agency as an employee or as an independent contractor. Did they withold SS and taxes? if so, then you may be entitled to it.

I was released from my temp agency and the assignment wasn't over yet. I am collecting my unemployment benefits and I live in California. So, I do hope that the laws the same.
