You can do a google search for marine biology and see what schools offer it as a major. I know that Texas A&M at Galveston has a pretty good marine biology program.
If you're still in high school now you should be taking math and science courses - at least college prep level, more advanced if you can manage. A marine biologist is a scientist, you need to keep that in mind and prepare for a scinetific career.
If you are more interested in swimming with the dolphins than studying the life cycle of plankton you may want to consider a zoology or animal sciences major instead. Many of the people working in zoos and aquariums have these majors.
Talk to your school's guidance counselor. It's his/her job to know (or know where to find) this kind of information. Discussing your plans and goals will also help steer you towards what program of study you will most benefit from.

You won't be able to become a marine biologist without a college education, not to simply look good.

You start by learning how to spell biologist. And college.
