I've tried NBC and others but they say that the episodes aren't available in my area.

You can get at least the most recent episode on GlobalTV.com, and highlights on the NBC channel on YouTube
Don't use any other site that may come up. They're unsafe and are illegal.

I dont know if its illegal, but they are all on youtube, type heroes 1 1/4, I didnt watch it obviously I dont aprove of that kind of thing.
