How to live an ascended life on Earth without dying?

I could say be a vampire, but it's really hard to say how to stay alive on earth that does not care what you think nor live by or how. I will say the only way to live an ascended life on earth without dying is to be remember.

Remember like Princess Diana, Martin Luthur King Jr., Abarham Linclon, Cleopatria, King Authur, J.F.K.,William Shakespear, the guy who created electricity, Anna Franklin, Adolf Hitler, Leoardo De Vinic, Gaeolao, God, blah blah and sort forth. Anyone that can do something that is simple that became gigantic, or say something meaningful that became unforgettable; neither bad or good.

It is to be remember as the person you are to someone that cares for you and loves you deeply. Or you can be like those that take a chance to show the world that they exsited here on earth.

There are spiritual traditions that advocate living an immortal life. Yoga is one, Taoism another and spiritual alchemy yet another. Dedicate your life to one or all of these paths and you'll be on your way. I don't just mean yoga exercises. There is a book written by Mircea Eliade called Yoga, Immortality and Freedom that is a good (but heavy) introduction. There is a lot of hard work and commitment involved. It has to become your dedicated focus and the whole of your life, not just a sunday morning sort of thing. Also I suggest reading Mysterium Coniunctionis by Carl Jung. He explored these eastern paths and has some very good information as well.

I need some help here; Ascended to what? If you just want ascention climb Mt Everest. As far as living above someone or something... you can't. As soon as you try to live above something you give it power to effect you. The only way to ascend is to become low. As Jesus said, "If you want to be great... be the servent of all."
