First of all I believe that this is impossible because she is in love with David Letterman.
Now that being said if they did conceive not only would the baby be of high intelligence, compassion, and a true passion for helping people (which definitely not Hilliary Clinton attributes). If they had a girl she would have zero tolerance for husband having "sexual relations" with an intern in the same building as they sleep (probably in different rooms though). If they had a boy he would be truthful, sensitive, with respect for the bond of marriage (not a Bill Clinton attribute).
To get a Clinton I think you need to "fertilize" Rosie O'Donnell with Larry the Cable Guy.
