I wouldn't say "freaked out" but rather annoyed, yes. It's freezing over here in California !

No. Some of us have known this would happen for years and are prepared for it.
It's called climate change and those who aren't prepared are going to find the next 5 years VERY hard to survive.

Living in Oklahoma yes it does bother me. Are these the effects of global warming? Probably!
