you can get another account free even if you got hacked. if your account was from the members world just cancell your old one and start a new one. if it was from the free one just make another one.
the only way you can get hacked is to give your password to someone. i am a member.
asking someone for an account would be breaking one of the rules on runescape.

yes. They hav links on their site to do so. If u pay the $5.00 a month, all u get is extra maps and stuff.
