Ok..i love scene. people say i act scene pretty much i am scene but i dont look scene...im half balck and im always mistaken for a mexican..Hah..i love myspace too!

Straighten your hair. Cut and dye it yourself, too. It should be black with highlights. The weirder it is, the more scene. Think 80's metal hair trimmed up with all the sophistication of today. Wear eyeliner (not emo eye-paint). If you know how to apply eyeliner, then do it yourself, but if you are a novice let someone who knows how to apply make-up do it for you. Wear tight, skinny, pencil jeans (not flares or boot-cuts or baggy). While the tighter the better, find a decent fit for you because no one will talk to you if you look like a fashion victim. Girls are recommended to have tight form fitting jeans in a vintage or dark wash. Girls can also wear jean skirts or black stretch skirts as long as a decent pair of leggings are worn beneath (remember you can't go wrong with solid black leggings). Stock up on band shirts. Band Shirts are uni-sex. If you've done your music research, load up on classic band t-shirts. Get the tightest fitting t-shirt within reason. Look for shirts that have vintage feel. And most importantly Get some Converse

Sorry I have randomly chosen your question to answer as I want to get over the 200pt mark. In answer to your question, I would suggest the variation of the I'm OK you're OK psychology. For beginners it's best to say to yourself I'm OK you're Rubbish. Of course take frequent reality checks because you might actually look like rubbish on that particular day. Even then say to yourself, 'These people don't appreciate quality. Even on a bad day my stuff is way more powerful than theirs. 'Rubbish' is polite for worthless. . Also it is best to admire other people's efforts and down-play your own. Makes a much bolder statement. Read some Machiavelli. I think I have earned my two points. Have to go off to town now to do some shopping then maybe the pub for a few...

If you want to be SEEN without having to mimic Paris Hilton, then wear or do something unexpected. It doesn't have to be sexy, provocative or over the top, but just unusual. And THAT people will notice.

I am an Oprah fanatic, on her show she said if you want to be noticed just exhude confidence and everyone will notice. You should Say in your mind Im hot,Im super hot, IM great don't act that way just think about it and it will show and draw people to you immediately.
