when you delete them cant you mark them as spam, then you wont get those anymore.

I am asuming you are a single/home user...

If that is so, there are many programs, called anti-spam programs that can greatly reduce the amount of spam in your inbox. Some programs dump the "spam" as determined by the software into a folder for review later, possibly then giving you the option to whitelist, or allow the mail to be recieved...

Spamaid is a very good spam filter that works with Outlook. It's very good at spotting junk mail. You can try it free for 30 days.
