How can I incorporate with human rights?

Not a very clear question but this would be my answer if what you meant to ask was how can I live my life better, while more and more incorporating human rights. Well, don´t kill, don´t hit, don´t shout and say offensive things, treat others as what you would like to be treated, be fair, don´t cast judgement prejudicely, respect other´s opinions and don´t put your ideals onto anybody else. That is just a starters package. But you don´t have to worry, the average ´person´ doesn´t take all of those into consideration. (I NEVER SAID WHETHER I DO OR NOT) Anyway, just live what you feel is a completely respectful ´motto´ towards others´ attitudes and don´t worry about the ´heathens´ who try to stop you or make you change teams.
