1.) A Spaniard is Hispanic but not Latino.
2.) A Latino is someone who is from Latin America.
3.) Latin means anything derived from Latin Origin; French, Spanish, Portugese
4.) Brazilians are Latino but not Hispanic because they speak Portugese
5.) Haitians are not Latino or Hispanic because they speak French (a Latin Derived Language).
6.) Some say its because Haitians are black, but Dominicans are black and speak Spanish, a Latin derived Language.
7.) Italians are Latin in Europe. They are the fathers of Latin.
8.) Italian Americans are not Latino because they don't speak Spanish, yet Brazilians are Latino because they are in Latin America.
9.) Italian Americans arent considered Latino but Mexicans who are mixed indian with Spanish are because they speak Spanish.
10. ) So to recap, mixed mestizos, indegenous and mullatos are considered Latin in the United States but Italians, French and even Spaniards are not because they're not from Latin America.

12.) Mexicans arent even considered Amerindian because they are mixed with Spanish but Native Americans mixed with Anglos ARE.
13.) Blacks from the Dominican Republic and PR are not considered black because they speak Spanish but Haitians who speak French are considered black because...well they're black.

So if a black mixes with a Spaniard, who is a European he is not black anymore because he speaks Spanish. But if a black man mixes with a Frenchman or Anglo he is still black regardless if he speaks either French or English?

Can I get an Amen when I say that the Anglo-American is the most ignorant person alive on the face of this green Earth?

I'm Native American and consider Mexicans of Native ancestry Native too. Those boundaries are only a recent development.
