Kirby is a legitimate company. They have excellent training programs and do sell a good vaccuum cleaner. There is a little discrepency there tho as you will make the $400 starting pay for only a short time and then make what your commission is on the vac's you sell. My experience is that even very excellent salespersons were unable to make a living doing this job. So its not a scam but really I am sure that the $400 is just until you become a salesman then you get commission.

It is too good to be true. In UK, I'm told that they only employ people who are claiming unemployment benefit, so they don't have to pay them as much, and are told to carry on claiming. Which is fraud.

This is what I'm told. I'm not saying it's necessarily true.
