First of all, it's "martial" law; second, wanting there to be less crime and immorality isn't wanting a police state. Then again, you knew that, you are just waving a red flag. Whatever. Oh, and one more thing; I, personally, don't hate anyone because of their politics. I may think you are misguided, even stupid, but hate is wasted on such a stupid thing as whether you get behind a jackass or an elephant or something else.

Conservatives are NOT turning the US into a police state. That would require the confiscation if privetly owned guns. It's the Libs who want to do this.

Relax liberal. We hate liberals because of stupid policies that often times dont fix what they are inteded to fix. Lately I can level the same criticism at the republicans mind you. I am tired of throwing money at things just for the sake of doing it. We have not fixed poverty nor should the government continue to attempt to do so. Its a waste of money because there will alwways be those who dont acheive what the most successful in our society have acheived. Liberals want more government I happen to want less of it.

Liberals want the government to be responsible for all aspects of their health and welfare which also paves the way for total government control. You really need to rethink your opinion.
