GET IN ALMOST ANY TALENT SHOW THAT YOU CAN. as long as its appropriet for you! DO YOUR BEST BECASUE YOU NEVER KNOW WHO CAN BE THERE, LOOKING FOR NEW ARTIST. ALSO RECORD DEMO's and SEND THem in.

Do you watch Idol? Most of those people in the first few weeks "know" they have talent, too. If you are serious, make a demo and try to get signed by an agent first. If that happens (this will be a real indicator if your talent is "real" or not), then let the agent help guide you into a recording career....it's what they do.
