Only the young and innocent, but only a few of them.. As soon as they learn to lie, they do lie. I can't claim to have never done it, but I resolved to be a better person when I realised that doing people wrong is never acceptable.
I suggest people resolve to improve themselves and work on purifying their actions, thought and speech. For now and in the future, as that is all that we can change, and after all.. you reap what you sow.

No. It says in the bible that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. That is why we need to repent. Bless you!
