I just bought a really pretty dark blue nail polish, but am kinda skeptical about wearing it. I know that black is in stlye, but what about blue?

I hope you kept your receipt. Get that blue nail polish back to the store immediately and dont ever think about getting it again. Blue was so 96'-97'...I remember girls wearing long blue nails in junior high and I took a vow that I would never do that and I dont want anyone else to do it either. It's too old school. I dont recommend it.

I miss the good old days of wearing colorful nail polish. now it seems that nobody wears any anymore besides pinks and reds, boring! I have lots of different pretty colors like greens, blues, and purples. I am not brave enough to wear them though.

Not many people wear it, but honestly I do. I don't care about what's in style, or what other people like. I care about what I like, and my own style. Come on, look at the reality, if we all cared about style, we would all walk around looking the same as everyone else. Wear your new nail polish. It it makes you feel any better, I am about to paint my nails, and I have just decided I will do mine blue also.

I do! I have a dark blue too, I think it looks good. The best way to know if you like it or not is to try. I was pretty skeptical too, but I think it's original (because it's not black or red), funny, and pretty, but that's my opinion.

i am actually wearing a dark blue witch kinda looks like black. i really don't follow trends when it comes to nail polish because i know i can have fun with all the colors while i'm young. when i get to my mid 30's and fourites i will be limited to more serious and womanly colors. i don't care if people say that i look like i have dead nails or i look unladylike. i say if you like the color wear it. you don't have to please anyone, especially when it comes to a nail polish color. besides its temporary you can change it anytime you want. its part of being a girl! go for it...but if you have a formal occassion to go to you might wanna play it down or even match it to your dress..

i live in a blue state. my high school colors are blue and yellow. my mother has always worn blue nail polish on her toes and fingers and just because i am a boy (a very big boy headed to nortre dame on a football scholarship) i will also follow our family tradition and continue to do my nails the same way. i have been teased but people stop teasing when you bust them in the chops!

It would have to be SO Dark Blue that it looks Black for me! I have this DARK Purple Nail Polish by OPI and its great! So it would have to be VERY Dark!

Well black is the new thing, but I think if it's really dark blue, it would be fine. Try it out and see what your friends think. I would hate to think I bought something and not ever use it.

Blue Is In This Season Along With All Other NEON Coulor make-up like hot pinks and lime green with electric blue so go for it

i do not imagine that nail polish is that large of a deal. i began wearing it even as i become extremely little... I advise see you later as you're to blame and do not swallow it there is no longer something to be frightened of. 18 is severe yet your dad and mom likely have a reason they opt for you to attend that lengthy...
