Wouldn't need to go and watch it - every TV station in the world would be there and we'd see it over and over again.
Not too sure about poor old Maggie - she might have brought in the poll tax and its successors, but at least she stopped Scargill getting messages from Russia all the time to keep the miners going on strike so that shot him up the jacksy, and as for the other bloke, he's pulling his own rope tighter and tighter all the time that we needn't bother too much with him.

'penphones' made a valid point here about political spectrum's, I wonder why you plucked those two out of the air?
However I have witnessed a public execution, not deliberately, or should I say 'half witnessed' it's not a pretty sight to see a living person subjected to that, it is barbaric.
If we must have capital punishment then lets not take pleasure from it like a pack of animals!
I happen to be in favour of capital punishment, (not that this is relevant to your question) but I wonder how many people that have actually witnessed an execution (any where in the world) can say they were 'satisfied' after watching?
I was never a fan of Maggie, I got a great deal of pleasure watching her get kicked out, that was enough satisfaction for me, I wish I had it on tape.
Ken Livingstone, I have always had plenty of time for him, so if I meet you half way, can I have 5 points??

In days of old in certain areas the local populous were forced to watch public executions as a deterrent. As we are all aware, public executions are still carried out in some of the less politically correct areas of the world.
Think hanging could be brought back for murder providing the "12 good men and true ," were unanimousin the verdict,otherwise a life sentence should be imposed. But Life meaning "Life" not as it is now!
Would I want to watch it?. Well I watched the Saddam video,but I don't think I would travel to see an execution. If it were in my own city, probably Yes.
Who would be top of my list? Anyone responsible for the death of many people....so the BLIAR for the illegal war, and about 70 of the parliament who voted for it!

No I wouldn't watch it or support it being brought back.
So you'd hang a Far Left followed by a Far Right. A Red Ken and Iron Maggie day.
And hanging them would do what? Bring back the failed coal mines and get rid of the congestion charge?
You know it wouldn't - they'd just find a different tax.

I would like to see it brought back but I don't think I could watch. Pedos, rapists and most defo Carol Vorderman would be at the top of my list.

I would not watch, but it should be shown on TV and each and everyone makes his own choice on watching or not watching.

I would like to see some of the present government in the UK suffer a traitors death.
Hanged, Drawn and Quartered, then their bowels burnt on an open fire while they still alive.

They will NEVER bring back hanging, public or not!
The LAST person in the UK to be hanged was later found to be INNOCENT!
You can release a wrongfully accused prisoner, but you CANNOT bring back the dead!
