the copy i bought is messed up and wont play , can any refer me on how to get it fixed and does it cost money .

How many times do we have to tell you people, STOP MOVING THE SYSTEM WHEN THE GAME IS IN IT. It had a warning right on the 360 about NOT doing that. Don't blame the system for your mistakes. Yeah most stores will likely take it back with a recipt, at least to exchange.

Take it back to the store and say that this disk is messed up and won't play. They should exchange it if you have your receipt and it hasn't been to long since you bought it.

well the bad thing is you can't fix it because this same exact thing happend to me after i got GOW at a new years eve party my friened knocked over my 360 and well bye bye GOW but besides i have vegas it's much better
