Question

the dog next door did a little ooopsy IN my brand new car

he is a 190 lbs rot and the load is only about 20 lbs
his owner is such a sweet man who throws the doggy do do over my fence each day
any answers on how to make the car smell like roses again and how to i tell his owner he did it ????
