I can use MSN messanger, update Norton Anti Virus, Download on MP3 Rocket, but I can't access the internet, I'm using Internet Explorer 7.
Appreciate any help.

sometimes virus eat IE see if you can get either get an anivirus program. Completly uninstall and reinstall IE or get on the net long enough to download firefox
