As i have decided to go to the kumba mela in nasik, is it ok if i go to the kumba in the middle of june. is it ok if i take a direct train from chennai to nasik. for that matter is there a train from chennai to nasik.

Write to Kumba City hall or Kumba Mela Organisation.
Ask about rainy season and trains, air service, bus........Train station and bus stops in Chennai may help. It is one of the well known Mela so they may have special(mela express) buses ruining From Chennai and back. Or other major convenient cities.

If you are from Chennai, ok gohead. Check with Karuna Nidhi. I beleive you don't need a visa to enter Nasik.
