what do u think it means when a guy says he can have me whenever he wants if i don't wanna go out with him but he thinks he can have any girl he wants whether they want him or not?

It means he's a real ###hole and you don't need anyone like that in your life. He is probably very insecure. So to make himself sound cool he has to say really stupit things like that. Show him the door and tell him not to let it hit him where the good lord split him!!!

Say yes that you will go out with him (say it in front of all of his friends) then go back and say real loud " I am sorry I just cannot go out with you because you are a FREAK!!!! So stop stalking me!" That would be funny to see his face.
