Place a comma after "who, "child," and "home."
Change "begin" to "decide."
"Women" is plural, so change "her job" to "their jobs"
There are lots of women who, after having a child, decide to stay at home, and quit their jobs.
I know that you said not to modify the sentence structure, but it would read better to say, "There are lots of women who, after having a child, decide to quit their jobs and stay at home." That is because they quit the job first, and then stay at home.

It should read: 'There are lots of women who, after having a child, begin to stay at home and quit THEIR JOBS.'.
You should never include a comma before a conjunction such as 'and' if you can avoid it. And there are two Ms in grammatical. And you should never begin a sentence with a conjunction such as 'and' if you can avoid it. As you can see, it doesn't form a proper clause.
