For the dark circle, you have several options:
- place the peel of a potato under your eye and let it sit for a while,
- do the same with cucumber or cucumber juice,
- place camomile herbal tea bags on your lower lids and relax for at least 10 minutes,
- make yourself a kind of gel with aloe vera and chamomile floral water (or herval tea), thickened with potato starch and use it as an undereye cream (but keep it in the fridge and don't dip dirty fingers in it because its shelf life would be considerably shortened if you do).
For the hair on your face you can bleach it a little by dampening a piece of fabric with pure lemon juice and applying it to the hairy areas and letting it sit for at least 10 minutes. If it doesn't work try it with hydrogen peroxide.
If you don't think that bleaching is enough, you can wax with a home-made sugar wax: 3/2 cup of sugar + 2 cups of water, when the sugar is almost caramelized, add half a lemon juice, keep heating for 15 minutes, then add 2 tbsp of honey and store in a jar. It keeps up to 2 months in the fridge.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

There are many products on the market for dark circles under your eyes. Ask in the department store make up area. If you have too much facial hair, buy microwave wax facial hair remover. All drug stores have them. I can recommend one and its called Surgi-Wax. But look for the one that says Surgi-Wax Microwave. You put the wax container in the microwave till heated for about a minute and a half. Read directions. Then prepare your skin with corn starch. Do not wash your face or lip. Then place the surgi-wax on lip on one side. It will harden..use an ice cube to harden quickly and then rip off. All hair will be gone. Continue on other areas of your face. If this does not work, then you may have to consider electrolysis..Today electrolysis is not painful and it is very good. Hair does not grow back. Just make sure if you elect to do it, you find a certified person who knows what they are doing and has a good reputation Good Luck.

Okay-
There will be NO "Home Remedy" for this one! You need products and lots of them!!
For your Dark Circles use Mint Color Adjustor this will Help hide very dark circles under eyes because it neutralized the purple tones usually present.

Facial Hair: If you have too much hair on your face, especially if you are a woman, it could be caused by a medical problem and should be checked by your doctor. I think you should Shave your hair ONLY if its Peach Fuzz. The BEST product is called a Lady Trimmer. & looks like Link Below! http://www.busytrade.com/upload/images/2006-01/1137053977.jpg
I am not sure if you are a man or not... if you are... Shave everyday!
