If you are unable to find Dr. Khan, why dont you seek the help of Psychatrists in other Cities in India?
Chennai has good Doctors in this field.

Check with the telephone directory / enquiry. If no one is not from thate area is going through the Yahoo answers, how do you get reply. If you asked a question may find the answer.

Just call 101, one ambulence will come, ask them "to bring me to Dr. Khan" they will bring u immediatly.
