you have two scrotums? wow! you must be the life of the party. i'm hoping you mean your testicles, which are encased by your scrotum. and not to worry, like women's breasts, it's not unusual to have hang a little lower, and be different sizes. it's a body/genetics thing. in theory, our bodies are mirror images right to left. in reality, there are slight differences; that accounts for the different sizes. if you check your ears, nostrils, arms, etc, you'll notice they're not quite the same left to right.

Guess you're a freak. It's that way for most guys. Actually, you only have one scrotum, but usually one side hangs lower.

i hope its not the scrotum you are saying. but usually, the left hungs lower than the other

Most likely it is normal. The left side is slightly bigger than the other side. I did have a hernia(forgot which one) and some of my fat(what there is of it... I'm a really skinny zude) was going into one side. If is significant bigger, sore, ... than the other side then go see a doctor.

One testicle hangs down lower. It is just the way the human body is built.

it just is.....same thing with womans booms.
but why does it hang lower? So you don't crush them so much. Imagine if both were at the same length...you will always crush them. one lower than the other, they will just go on top of each other.
