For those who aren't that old, Look and Read was a literacy project put out by the BBC in the late 60s and is still running now. It was put out in my primary in the early 80s and I irritated my teacher by reading the script out loud!

Oh my god I was watching Look and Read this morning and I was trying to think of a particular Look and Read story that I liked. I can't remember what it was called but there was one about a fairground. That's about all I can remember and it was from the late 80's!! There was another one, but I can't remeber any of it.

I remember having to do work based on the Look and Read programmes but what was it that we used to do - I can't remember!!

The one I watched this morning I was thinking oh my god this is crap!! In fact it was called Through the Dragon's eye!! It was on one of the BBC kids cable TV channels!!
