if yes then i wanna know how much time it takes to download a file (700MB) from torrentspy.and how can i increase my download speed.

it probably takes 5 to 9 hour to download this kind of file
yes u can increase your download speed but after u increase ur download speed you can't surf through internet

if that is a zip file or exe file you wanna have your firewall on and your antivirus on or your computer will have more then 700mb increase my download speed. only download 5 files at one time not 100 and only let 2 upload from your computer .. dont download zipfiles or exe ..software if you do say bye bye to the computer
