im currently seeking a council house in scotland and i would like to know what it would cost a month- roughly including council tax, rent, tv licence, elec/gas etc etc. its my first home and i need to work out my expenditure.

well my son has just moved into his first place with his girlfriend and they seem to struggle. Maybe this is because they are materialistic as well and want everything new. they average nearly £1000 onrent and bills
