The answer is they would not be men if they had fully functioning uteruses. That would make them women. In Hemaphrodites only one set of sexual organs work. If it is the uterus than the testicles are wasted and if it is the penis then the ovaries are useless. So a person with a fully functioning uterus should be able to have a baby but as you seem to be describing the person they would need a constant supply of prenatal vitamins and estrogen supplements.

Not naturally. Maybe implanted and taken by c-section. You need more than a uterus to have a baby.
There are more than a few of us girls that wish this was true though!!
