What happened to my menu that dropped down and had internet options on it?

icould delete cookies and temp files from there. and set securities?

Which Browser are you using?

For IE7:
Right click on the toolbar (to the right of your tabs)
Go to customize toolbar -> Add Remove Commands
Add the "Tools" Command.

Im guessing this is the one your talking about.

It should be under tool's tab.If not close window's and reopen see if it's there.If not reboot.
