it depends on what u refer to by as being "Best". are to referring to best quality for price, or best computer as in one with the latest tech specs?
for my reply, i shall assume u are referring to the latter case. the best computer in the world, as from what i have known, is supercomputers that help to maintain the entire cyberspace (aka internet). It can support up to billions of inputs and outputs in a nanoseconds, directling inputs to the various sources during surfing the net or accessing web content.

that totally depends on what you are using it for...the best gaming computer for example is not going to be the best video editing computer

PS - DON'T buy a Sony Vaio . . .
After 2 monitor replacements (laptop), I still had to trash the unit - after only 2 years of operation, and a couple thousand dollars -

leme tell u some facts, compact made mostly for email kids stuff like that low hard drivve and low memory, come lokkin nice but inside bad securtiy, apple would be for work no virsus clean focused on work, dell would be for like jobs organizations and stuff like that, one i ould take would be the sony vio fully loaded becuse it has everything in it trust me you will love it
