what legal problems can you run into if u don't update your last name?

Such as on your bank account, driver's license, social security card, etc

U are not required to change your last name

U can keep your last name if u want to...there is no law that says u must change your name

None that I know of. I never changed my name after my first marraige..Thank God. I did it with my second though. I never got in any type of trouble.
