i think by worrying about worrying too much cancels out all your problems and will make things better for you

I think you should just sit down and tell your self everything is gonna be ok so don't worry! We all worry and trust me coming from me I worry a lot so just chill and go for life and live it fun or it will be boring!!! :)

remember too much stress (worries)increases belly fat , and too much belly fat could give you a chance of high cholesterol , heart disease , cancer and self esteem problems once summer and swimwear season comes around ! so there you have a whole slew of new worries if your current worries end up in belly fat!
