Just about anywhere I'd say. I just bought some at Wal-Mart!! Bigger grocery-chains should carry it and if not check out a health food store.
It's a pretty common item tho - shouldn't be too hard to find if you look around!

You don't need sea salt, you need the ear cleaning stuff they give you when your ears are pierced.If you still have it, don't throw it away. You can probably buy a bottle of it at Claire's or any store at the mall that does ear piercing.

any drug store sells it. Don not use alcohol on cleaning the piercing. It will dry it out. Good Luck.
