K800i problem?

For some reason my phone wont turn on. Everytime I try it just flashes a white screen!!!

any thoughts on how to fix this?

usually when this happens its due to some ribbon ( i cant remember the exact name of it ) in the phone being faulty/ broken. id take it to a phone shop for advice.

try taking out battery and sim card
