no license is needed to sell products online. A small business license may be needed in you municipality or county. Call your local small business office to make sure you are legal. (tax laws can suck) Otherwise, get a site, a good e-commerce account and you are all set. Try www.godaddy.com they offer affordable ecommerce sites and great support.

i'm not sure you actually need one unless it would be a vendors license, in which case you should contact your local government.
