Valerian is a natural muscle relaxer. It may cause some drowsiness.
You might also try taking a calcium-magnesium-zinc pill with each meal.
Eat more fruit for potassium. Minerals like these help irritable muscles to relax.

It depends on why you have the cramp.

Nutritionally, potasium and Folic Acid are very beneficial in normal muscle function.
